Meet Your Coach
I’m a Certified AI Consultant and Small Business Coach with more than 30 years of leadership experience in corporate technology across multiple industries.
I’ve also lived through six non-performance-based, team layoffs.
That combination gives me a very different perspective on career security. I understand the technology that is changing how we work — but I also understand what it feels like when the paycheck you counted on, even a six-figure one, suddenly disappears.
This coaching experience brings those two worlds together.
Inside the Experience
We meet live every Tuesday at 8 PM ET for a 75-minute coaching session designed to help you keep moving forward — without overwhelming you with more information than you can actually use.
Each session includes practical teaching, a focused theme, live Q&A, and a clear commitment for the week ahead.

What I won’t do is build your business for you, create every asset for you, or become your personal tech-support desk.
The goal isn’t to make you dependent on me.
It’s to help you become more confident and capable of using the tools, strategies, and resources available to you — so you can keep moving forward even when I’m not in the room.

M-Thrive coaching is the strategy and support layer.
It gives you a place to ask questions, refine your ideas, strengthen your messaging, learn how to use AI more strategically, work through what’s keeping you stuck, and avoid some of the costly mistakes and unnecessary detours I encountered along the way.
And you do not have to be enrolled in Legacy Builders™ to benefit from coaching.
What if I miss a week?
You’ll get a replay after every session, so you never lose the content.
Live sessions are for that week only though, missing one means catching up via replay, not attending an extra live week later.
Can I cancel?
There’s no subscription to cancel.

What’s the difference between Group and VIP?
Group Coaching gives you live teaching, coaching, and Q&A in a small-group setting.
VIP Coaching gives you private 1:1 time focused specifically on your goals, questions, challenges, and next steps.
